Free medical education and training for aspiring students in the community.
Medicare offers an opportunity to those who are motivated and willing to learn in real environment, we conduct monthly classes to educate young doctors and medical staff right here in our hospital. Rural areas in Pakistan are struggling to meet the demand for basic health care as local doctors leave in search of higher income to bigger cities and abroad. As the shortage of well trained doctors continues to grow, professional training program at Medicare is a helping hand for the community.
Everyone has the right to proper health care. The most effective way to bring more providers to remote areas is to make medical education available to people in their local communities. Professor Mehdi Hassan Mumtaz has created a conductive environment to lead that change and facilitate active community participation. Our facility is free and open to everyone who can attend.
